Your pool key may be not working for an assortment of reasons:
- If your dues aren't paid on time or if you have outstanding fees 30+ days old then your key card has been deactivated and you will regain pool privileges once your balance is caught up. If you have recently resolved this issue then please fill out the form and let us know so we can verify.
- If you have violated rules and had your keycard deactivated during a temporary suspension then your keycard will be reactivated at the end of the set term. If your suspension is complete and it still isn't working then please fill out the form and let us know so we can verify the account is in good standing.
- If neither of the above scenarios apply to you, it is possible that it's a system malfunction. We will do our best to ensure the card is activated as soon as we can. However, if it cannot be activated then we will provide you a replacement key at no charge.
* If the key doesn't work due to noticeable damage to the card, though, then the property owner will be responsible for paying a $25 replacement fee for a new card to be programmed.
** Pool key cards may possibly take up to one week to be reprogramed or replaced. We do our best to get them taken care of as soon as possible. Much of the turnaround time depends on the availability of pool committee and/or board member volunteers.
