This Saturday, June 6, is our community wide garage sale. There will be quite a bit of foot traffic and people driving through the neighborhood. Please drive slowly and be mindful of the street parking as we anticipate temporary congestion. If you want to participate, all you have to do is open your garage door or have a setup in your yard/driveway on Saturday and passersby will find you. Have a great week preparing. Settlers Bridge is a beautiful place to live, located in Northeast Meridian, Idaho. There are two main entrances--one from North Locust Grove and one from East McMillan Road. Settlers Bridge has 249 homes, tree-lined streets, walking paths, common areas, two playgrounds, and a community heated pool.
We are in a convenient location close to premier schools, some larger community parks, restaurants, banks and credit unions, and all types of shopping including the Village at Meridian.
Registration for our website is for people who live in Settlers Bridge--both homeowners and renters. To have access for most of the website, you will have to register and add your email address. Also this allows the Board to do email blasting from this website with one push of a button.
You do not need to register to use the Account Manager Contact Form. Please use this form to contact the Account Manager for questions about our HOA dues, your billing, or financial information. Title, Escrow & Management Companies should use the Account Manager Contact Form for dues and fees information.
Use the various Contact forms listed to ask the Board questions and share other concerns and priorities. Other contact forms are available to report landscaping problems, pool and key issues, etc. The Architectural Control Committee section has forms to request approval for architectural changes (remodels, painting, fencing, tree removal etc.)
This homeowners association is managed by an elected board of 3 volunteer directors, working with the Account Manager. This allows very reasonable annual dues, but sometimes requires your patience as we juggle our Board duties and your needs with our own busy lives. We try to respond quickly, but many requests cannot be addressed in less than a week.
POOL KEYS: If you didn't register your pool key in 2022, you will have to sign the Pool Key Rules agreement and register in 2026. If you already did it, you will not have to do it again in 2026 and your pool key will be activated (as long as your dues and any late fees are paid in full) and there will be nothing more that you will need to do.
ANNUAL DUES for 2026 are $725 and are due March 1, 2026. Per the credit policy we published in the August 2021 newsletter, there is no installment payment option, and interest is charged (per the CC&Rs) at 18% per annum for late payments. We will be going Paperless for our invoices starting 2025. Please make sure your email is up to date on the Website. If you need to make any changes or are not on the Website sign up or fill out the contact form and submit it to our Account Manager. Thank You!
